Central Region, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. 25 years experience with the
UK CEGB, pursuant to which he has spent some 14 years carrying out
consultancy assignments embracing investment evaluations, utility
restructuring and efficiency, audit/due diligence and provision
of specialist support to regulators' offices. |

with 35 years international engineering and consultancy experience
gained with British Gas, Bord Gáis Éireann and various engineering
companies. Expertise in planning, design, construction, operation
and maintenance of gas transmission and distribution pipeline systems,
regulating stations, compressor stations, LPG storage and distribution,
allied with project management, supervisory and commissioning skills,
cost control and contract management. Considerable recent experience
in techno-economic/feasibility studies, asset valuations, market
design and regulatory advice. |

economist, specialising in demand forecasting, cost-benefit analysis
and tariff revues, with particular emphasis on the electricity sector.
He has worked on studies both in the private and public sectors,
and for diverse clients, from the World Bank and Asian Development
Bank to commercial and merchant banks. Most of the studies undertaken
have been in developing countries in Asia and Africa, as well as
Eastern Europe and the UK. |

of his career were spent with BP, latterly managing a number of
large oil and gas transportation, storage and supply projects from
concept through to operation. |
